Furniture Collection “Board Again”

This is a DIY furniture collection made in creative workshops using waste manufactured boards, giving the material a second life. Good-quality board cutoffs are often burned for biofuel due to limited reuse options. This project rescues such waste from factories and recycling centres, offering it to people through guided workshops. Participants build furniture suited to their skill level, learning repair and making techniques along the way. By fostering emotional attachment and hands-on learning, “Board Again” extends product lifespans and promotes a culture of restoration over disposal.
