“Consumer – a creator of identity” – it is a system which creates the identity and allows the consumer (i.e. the visitor of Modern Art Museum) to influence the company’s image. In this case, Modern Art Museum has the basic stylistic structure, which allows the visitor to create a personal identity based on the existing style. The objective is to create a dynamic identity, applying creative process of conscious and unconscious consumer.
The visitor creates an effected image – pattern and unique individual symbol. Both of these data become the base for creating the identity of the Modern Art Museum.
