A visual identity for a network connecting film festivals across the Nordic and Baltic regions, initiated by Inconvenient Films, this aims to boost the impact of cinema by uniting film professionals for creative workshops focused on long-term change strategies. The visual identity centres on the symbol of a chair, found both in cinemas and in conferences, representing shared purpose, initiative, and collective experience. As an empty seat, it becomes a visual metaphor for openness and invitation – a space for new voices to join. Through bold slogans and a flexible cohesive graphic system, the design reflects the network’s core values.
