“Creature”: An Audiovisual Project on the Relationship Between Dialect and Identity

“Creature” is an audiovisual project exploring the emotional conflict caused by speaking in dialect. Through type deformations and minimal animation, it visualizes the tension between social shame and personal identity. The work uses voice, typography, and rhythm to express how dialect feels – unwanted, raw, but deeply authentic.
