Andreia Garcia
Andreia Garcia is an architect, curator, researcher, editor and professor with a PhD from the Lisbon School of Architecture.
She is the founder of the Architectural Affairs studio and Director of the Art(e)Facts Knowledge Biennial, in Fundão, which promotes co-creation between contemporary artists, architects and designers with artisans from the Beira Interior region, while proposing knowledge alliances between humans and non-humans in order to save the future. Her studio work has been distinguished several times and nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Award (2022).
In 2023, Andreia was the curator of the Portuguese representation at the 18th International Architecture Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia 2023, Fertile Futures. This involved a proposal that commissioned young architects in collaboration with specialists from other fields of knowledge to present models for a more sustainable, healthy and equitable tomorrow, in non-hierarchical cooperation between disciplines, generations and species, defending the pertinence of architecture’s contribution to the redesign of a decarbonised, decolonised and collaborative tomorrow.
Clara Tosi Pamphili
Clara Tosi Pamphili is a multifaceted professional in the applied arts field, seamlessly integrating art, design, architecture and fashion with cinema, reflecting the essence of Italian creativity. As vice president of PalaExpo, Italy's largest museum centre, she oversees exhibitions and performances across its three locations. Clara is also the creator of the A.I. Artisanal Intelligence event, which promotes Italian craftsmanship at AltaRoma and various international venues in collaboration with museums and art galleries.
From 2005 to 2010, Clara directed the Academy of Costume and Fashion and currently is a course leader at Fashion and Costume Department at NABA. She has taught History of Fashion Design and Research Techniques at the Academy of Costume and Fashion and Faculty of Architecture in Rome Ludovico Quaroni. As the curator of Sartoria Farani and a key figure for Annamode Tailoring, Clara collaborates with various Roman costume tailoring companies, creating global exhibitions and projects on fashion and costume. She also consults for Mondomostre and writes about fashion, costume and cinema for Artribune.
Mike Bond
Mike Bond founded the design agency Bond & Coyne, which provides creative, strategic and digital services to education, tech, media and science-based clients. He is also co-founder of the creative careers initiative Wonder What. As a lecturer at institutions including the Royal College of Art, London, he lectures in design, creative thinking and entrepreneurship.
He passionately believes in the power of design and creativity to solve important problems and enable young people to forge purposeful careers. He is now writing a book on how to have ideas and recently published The Magic 8, a card-based toolkit inspired by magicians that helps people to shape and share their ideas.
Pierre Foulonneau
Pierre Foulonneau is an industrial designer working and living in France. His studio is based in Nantes, on the French Atlantic coast, where he carries out design and consulting activities for various international brands and industrial partners. The studio’s scope encompasses a wide range of projects with an affinity for household goods and tableware. Pierre’s intention is to design honest, beautiful, functional and emotional products that will find a long-lasting place in people’s lives.
His clients include brands such as Emko, Hilke Collection, Paşabahçe, RigTig by Stelton and Riva Brazilian Luxury. He is also a regular design advisor and project leader at l’Ecole de Design Nantes Atlantique.
He received a Best Newcomer Eve’s Watch Award in 2017 for Sekford Type 1A and a Bronze A’ Design Award in 2022 for the Riva Leaf vase.
Simon Anund
Simon Anund is a Stockholm-based designer with 20 years of experience in different design industry fields. With a background as an artist and sculptor, Simon has also built a distinguished career as a designer and long-time teacher. He has been a lecturer in the field of furniture design, spending the last 11 years at the Institute of Furniture Design and Interior Architecture at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design.
In 2020, Simon founded the sustainable furniture production company VERK, where he works as the Creative Director.
